We are an ITF Taekwon-Do club with locations in Carrickmacross, Dundalk and Navan.
We run classes for ages 4 and up starting with our specialised Kubz classes.
Taekwon-Do is a martial art and way of life.

We promote self-defence, self-confidence and harmony for all by following our tenets of Taekwon-Do: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self-Control and Indomitable Spirit.
